Freshwater Pearl Dress Ring

This ring can be resized, please get in touch if you need the ring re-sized. This can take up to a week for us to do, there is no charge for Re-sizing.  Once a ring is re-sized the ring can not be exchanged/refunded.

All products ordered with be dispatched next working day (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays) with Royal Mail next day service. This service aims to have your item(s) with you the next day, and needs to be signed for. Saturday delivery isn't guaranteed. This service is also a fully insured service, protecting you against any accidents during delivery.

All jewellery made in precious metal over a certain weight must be hallmarked as a legal requirement, all of our jewellery is made in precious metal.

Precious metal exemption weight is based on the total metal weight:

Platinum 0.5 grams Gold 1.0 gram Palladium 1.0 gram Silver 7.78 grams

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a legal right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund 

This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy a product. After 30 days you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault.

Changed your mind?  You have 14 calendar days to return your goods back to us.  We will endeavor to refund your money within 14 calendar days after recieving the goods back.

If you are returning an item it must be returned using a fully insured signed-for service. (our suggestion is Royal Mails Next Day delivery Sevice) You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
