Junior Assistant Vacancy
Dytham Jewellery Designers is a bespoke jewellery company based in Monkseaton Whitley bay. We work closely with our customers to create one of a kind jewellery. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our small growing team as a junior.
This role would be ideal for a recent college or university graduate wanting to focus a career in the jewellery industry. You will be part of our front of house team assisting the design team to deliver a high end service to our customers.
You will be required to work 5 days a week, Monday - Saturday. Saturday working is essential with a day off in the week. You may also be required to work a Sunday for wedding fairs.

To give you an idea of the type of role this will be, here are some day to day jobs that will become part of life at Dythams.
Responding to sales enquiries via telephone, email, online and in-person
Photographing and packaging jewellery ready for clients
Communicating with suppliers about specific customer requests
Providing an excellent level of customer service
Keep our online presence up to date, online shop, website, social media
Maintaining the look and feel of the shop
Entry level salary with 28 days holidays (including bank holidays)
