New shop guidance

Firstly we would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding from the moment we closed our doors.  We truly believe we have the best customers and can’t wait to see you all again.

 

We will be working hard to respond to everyone who has messaged or emailed us but ask you to please bear with us as we try to return to normal.

Our new opening hours will be 10:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday and 10:00 – 15:00 Saturday. The shop will have a maximum capacity of 4 people over 2 groups, limited to 2 people per group.  There are designated areas within the shop where customers will be asked to remain. We encourage customers to pay by cashless transactions where possible.  Please be aware if the shop is full you will be required to wait outside. If you are displaying covid symptoms we ask that you do not come to the shop.  Signage will be provided to help you adhere to the procedures we are required to follow by government guidelines.

 

Any business relating to bespoke items must have an appointment, which will be limited to 1 hour.  Collections, repairs and sales are welcome at any time, but please be mindful of the capacity in the shop.

 

We have put the following safety measures in place:

  • Screens are in place

  • Hand sanitiser to be used on entry and exit

  • Extra cleaning measures in place

  • New working practices to maintain the safety throughout the business

  • We will not be doing watch batteries at this time

 

The safety of you and our staff is our number one priority, and we ask you to follow the guidelines to maintain everyone’s safety.  We understand this is new to us all but we thank you in advance for your co-operation during these times.
